The majority of our bookings are made by email or telephone system. Once we have received an enquiry, either by email or telephone, a member of our sales team will contact you with a price quote or to request additional information. Because of the popularity of some programmes/Holidays they are liable to be booked up fairly quickly. It is in the client's interest to book early to avoid disappointment. HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR TRIP?
Customers are advised that payment can be made by cheque, credit / debit cards or bank transfer.
CHEQUE PAYMENTS
Cheques / bankers draft drawn in GBP Sterling by a UK clearing bank should be crossed and made payable to : Explore Latin Carib ltd, Please allow five working days to clear a UK Cheque. Cheques drawn in foreign currencies including Euro may take longer to clear. If payment needs to be made urgently, please consider other forms of payment i.e. credit / debit card or bank transfer
CREDIT / DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
Credit or debit card payments can only be made in our local currency GBP Pounds Sterling. We accept Delta / Electron/ Visa / Master Card/ SWITCH. We do not however accept American Express.
Credit Card Surcharge
Customers are reminded that credit card payments will be subject to a surcharge of 4% on the value being debited. Payment by SWITCH or DELTA is not subject to any surcharge.

What information do we collect and how do we use it?
When you submit a hotel or Flight enquiry to us by email, we ask you to provide us with some personal information such as your name, email address, street address, phone number as well as the names and ages of anyone travelling with you.
We use this information to complete your booking or to contact you prior to completing your booking.
No credit card, or other sensitive, information is held on The Explore Latin Carib database as we do not gather this kind of information through our website.
Do we share your information with other companies?
We will pass your name(s) on to airlines, hotels or resorts and our local representatives in order to arrange and confirm your booking. We do not share any further information with any other companies.

Indeed, I truly appreciate having had the opportunity to discover my long lost home from home. In fact, I am convinced that I arrived at my inner soul's physical manifestation...HAVANA (Embedded image moved to file:

From the great company (highlights being the incredible Chrissy, fag-hag extraordinare); to the hotel tours, the exiting walk through the Old Town and the walk along the Malecón (smile). Cuba more than surpased my expectations.

I just wanted to thank you so much for all your help with arranging our trip to Cuba, we had a fantastic time and really enjoyed every moment.
It was so interesting to learn about the history and the culture and we even embarrassed ourselves by attempting some salsa - although I think
we have a long way to go yet !!!!

Had a few problems with the transfers, by the way. We handed over the vouchers at the airport and received two computer printouts - but they didn't say what time we were going to be picked up. And it proved a real problem to get the hotels to find out for us and caused some confusion at Cubanacan too. The pick-up times we got weren't ideal, but it all seemed to work out.
